The participants are kindly requested to make their hotel reservation themselves by sending the accommodation form to the address cscm28@valamar.com. Reservation deadline is August 1^st, 2022.

Single-use double room: 600.00 HRK per person per night (breakfast and dinner included)

Double-use double room: 450.00 HRK  per person per night (breakfast and dinner included)

Rubin Sunny hotel 3*

(available for reservation in period September 7^th-11^th 2022)

Single-use double room: 435.00 HRK per person per night (breakfast included)

Double-use double room: 320.00 HRK  per person per night (breakfast included)

 

as well as in Valamar Diamant Residence 3* appartmants.

The Organizing Committee will make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, but, we cannot accept responsibility for any personal accident or loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, which may occur either during or indirectly arising from the Meeting. Participants and their accompanying persons are kindly requested to make their own travel and health insurance arrangements.
